Our Career Re-Training Programs are provided in partnership with Working Solutions of Herkimer County as part of the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009. The Recovery Act is intended to preserve and create jobs, promote the nation's economic recovery, and to assist those most impacted by the recession. Our Adult Practical Nursing program provides the adult learner with the opportunity to prepare for a career as a licensed practical nurse. The program is available on a full-time or part-time schedule. For more information, click on the link below.
ADULT PRACTICAL NURSING PROGRAM PAGE
Our Career Tech Center career paths offer a variety of employment retraining options in three categories: human services, information technology, and trades. Adult learners can complete these programs in a single school year (September to June) by attending for full-day sessions (8:50am to 2:30pm, with a 40-minute lunch break from 11:20 to Noon).
