    • Student must maintain "Satisfactory Academic Progress" to continue to receive financial aid for Title IV Funding. A minimum 80% is required in all courses.  Students will have access to their current grade in their individual online account.  It is the expectation that the student will monitor their grades and if they are having difficulty maintaining an 80%, the student will contact the instructor for assistance.
    • Students applying for grants from any funding source outside of PELL must submit proof of contract and the eligible dollar amount.
    • If attending full time is not financially feasible, please consider attending as a part time student.
    • Part Time Evening students may occur financial charges if FOB is lost or not returned to Herkimer BOCES.
    • Should you decide not to attend Herkimer BOCES Practical Nursing Program, please let us know immediately, so we can offer your seat to another student candidate.
    • Feel free to ask any questions regarding financial aid to Sue Pontius at 315-867-2210 or spontius@herkimer-boces.org
