Q. What led you to your current position at Herkimer BOCES?
A. I was unhappy with my former employment entity. While searching employment openings, I came across an opening at BOCES and seized the opportunity.

Q. What do you find rewarding about working in your current position?
A. I find it rewarding when people notice something is cleaner or better than before I arrived in my current position – not to mention I work with a diverse crew, which is a reward in and of itself.
