Q. About when did you start working in your current position at Herkimer BOCES?
A. September 2023.

Q. What led you to your current position at Herkimer BOCES?
A. My previous experience as a special education teacher and principal have continued to drive me to want to serve our educational community.

Q. What do you find rewarding about working in your current position?
A. The most rewarding part of my position is knowing that I am a small part of an amazing team of people that are working together to make an impact on students’ lives.

Q. When did you first know you wanted to work in this field and what made you feel that way?
A. I knew I wanted to become a teacher since I was in the third grade. My teacher had such an impact on me, and at that point, I decided I wanted to become a teacher.

A. There are so many amazing opportunities provided to students.
