The Safety Plan is available for public comment through Sept. 16, 2021. A public hearing will be conducted at 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 16, an hour prior to the Herkimer BOCES Board of Education meeting at the William E. Busacker Complex at 352 Gros Blvd. in Herkimer. A BOCES representative will be available at the public hearing to answer any questions or discuss the draft with interested members of the public.
