Where do you live: Ilion
Tell us about your family: Two kids, married for 12 years.
Tell us about your past work experience: In the past, I was a CNA. Currently, a housewife.
Why do you want to be a nurse? I’ve always loved caring for people.
Why did you pick this program? It works with my full-time mom schedule between practices and other obligations.
What do you find most challenging? Juggling being a mom and trying to put my all into school.
What do you find most rewarding? In all the years I’ve been a housewife, I’ve always wanted to return to school. The most rewarding thing for me will be how proud my kids are. Also to show them no matter what age you are it’s never too late to get an education.
What do you want to do after nursing school? Future goals of mine – I’d love to become a labor and delivery nurse. After the end of this program, I plan on attending Morrisville for my RN.
