The Herkimer County System of Care Back to School Bash is one week away!
The free event with food, music and games is for youth and families in Herkimer County.
It takes place 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 25, at Fireman's Field at 39 Pleasant Ave. in Ilion.
Great job by Little Falls City School District yesterday hosting a Connected Community Schools event with National Education Union representatives for the United Kingdom and a team from the American Federation of Teachers!
The event aimed to help the guests learn more about the Connected Initiative and included a luncheon, a meet-and-greet, a tour, a presentation and a panel discussion.

Herkimer BOCES Visual Communications students met with MVCC instructors yesterday to present their portfolio of work. The students discussed their significant pieces they created along with the skills and methods used to create them.
