The American Red Cross is experiencing a national blood shortage and is offering a free “Give Blood, Give Hope” shirt for donations through Sept. 18 while supplies last.
There is a blood drive from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 14, in the Washburn Room at the Frank J. Basloe Library at 245 N. Main St. in Herkimer.
